peeling paint thin towels
My room felt smaller than advertised, REALLY small. The paint was peeling in the shower, and there was a concerning amount of mold present. The towels were thin with holes. It ALL felt a bit run-down.

the hotel was close to the metro line 1. the staff members were very helpful and nice. breakfast was consistently good (i especially liked the pastries). the room was cleaned daily.
my room lacked a fridge, inconvenient. the towels were threadbare and had holes in them. the sink drain in the bathroom was broken, which i reported to the reception.

FANTASTIC stay, REALLY made special!!!

short walk happy staff comfortable room
The location was AMAZING. It was a short walk from the Toledo Metro station. I was like I was in the hub of everything because it was on the little alleyways. The staff were happy and helpful. The room was also very comfortable.
The room lacked a fridge, sad. I would have liked to store some drinks and snacks there.

helpful staff local foods excellent coffee
the staff was very helpful at all times. the breakfasts were ample with a great variety of local foods (i especially loved the fresh pastries). the coffee machine provided excellent coffee free all day.

i liked the triple room balcony. it worked for three adults. the breakfast had a lot of choices. the bed was comfortable. there was a rooftop terrace available to guests.
the wifi connection was a little spotty.
